- The annex to v.34 (it won't be called "v.34+", it'll still be
- plain old v.34, but with an annex attached to it) has not yet been
- finalized by the ITU. The chances of any of the technical aspects of the
- spec changing are very slim, so basically it is as much of a standard as
- it will ever be (ITU-T only publishes s recommendations.. companies are
- free to ignore these recommendations in any way they see fit... actually,
- some companies have become a bit imfamous for doing so :> ).
